The on-device model
Raksha AI is a file, not a website. The app downloads it once, checks the size and the SHA-256, and then answers from that file. Nothing you ask, and no PDF, is uploaded for the answer.

The app itself reads ai-manifest.json and downloads the file. You do not need to install it by hand.
Why it is large
A useful offline assistant is a large file. A smaller “Lite” model is listed in the manifest for older phones. The phone only downloads the one you choose.
What a bad host would break
The download resumes after the network drops. The server must answer a Range request with 206 Partial Content, and the finished file must be exactly 986,048,128 bytes. A Google Drive or Dropbox link will not do this. The app would start the 1 GB download again after every interruption.
